3.1. Condition:
Persons who fully meet the following conditions regardless of ethnicity, male, female, social class, belief or religion may register for admission to the Ho Chi Minh City Museum in 2015:
Have Vietnamese nationality and permanent residence in Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh.
– Being full 18 years old or older and within the working age as prescribed by law.
– There is an application for admission.
– Have a clear background.
– Possessing a diploma, training certificate, practice certificate or having aptitude and skills relevant to the job position.
– Health enough to perform the duties according to the job position to be recruited.
Professional qualifications: Suitable for the position to be recruited.
3.2. Standard:
- For Research – Collecting position:
– Graduated from University or higher majoring in History, Culture, Museum, Archeology and majors in Social Sciences.
– Foreign languages: Level B or higher.
– Informatics: Proficient in the use of office computers.
– Experience: 01 year or more.
– Ability to develop plans and outlines for collection; scientific research; Dynamic and responsive at work.
- For Exhibition position:
– Graduated from University or higher majoring in History, Culture, Museum, Fine Arts, Architecture and majors in Social Sciences.
– Foreign languages: Level B or higher.
– Informatics: Proficient in the use of office computers.
– Experience: 01 year or more.
– Ability to plan, write outlines; scientific research; staging and construction of the exhibition.
- For the position of Inventory – Preservation:
– University graduate or higher majoring in History, Culture, Museum and related majors (Chemistry, Information Technology).
– Foreign languages: Level B or higher.
– Informatics: Proficient in the use of office computers.
– Experience: 01 year or more.
– Ability to apply information technology; practice work; scientific research; careful, meticulous.
- For the position of Propaganda – Education:
– Graduated from University or higher majoring in History, Culture, Museum and majors in Social Sciences, Tourism, Law, Foreign Languages.
– Foreign languages: Level B or higher.
– Informatics: Proficient in the use of office computers.
– Experience: 01 year or more.
– Having appearance, narration skills, inspiring voice, standard and clear pronunciation; capable of scientific research. Preference will be given to those with good communication skills in foreign languages.
- For Finance – Accounting position:
– University graduate or higher majoring in Accounting.
– Foreign languages: Level A or higher.
– Informatics: Proficient in the use of office computers.
– Experience: 01 year or more.
– Capable of synthesizing and reporting related to finance – accounting; make good use of application software for management of finance, accounting, tax, property…; carefully, accurately and honestly.
- For the position of Administration – General:
– Graduated from University or higher majoring in Administration and majors in Social Sciences.
– Foreign languages: Level A or higher.
– Informatics: Proficient in the use of office computers.
– Experience: 01 year or more.
– Ability to cover administrative and general work.
- Components of the application form:
- Recruitment application form No. 1 promulgated together with Circular No. 15/2012/TT-BNV.
- A curriculum vitae certified by the People’s Committee of the commune, ward or township where the permanent residence is registered within 6 ( six ) months from the date of submission of the application.
- Copy of birth certificate or identity card and copy of permanent residence book.
- Copies of diplomas, certificates and full course results ( including academic and graduation scores ) at the request of the candidate position, certified by a competent authority; in case of having a diploma issued by a foreign training institution, it must be notarized translated into Vietnamese.
- A health certificate issued by a competent health authority within 30 days from the date of submission of the application.
- Certificate of priority in public employee recruitment ( if any ), certified by a competent authority.

- Those who are working under a labor contract at the Museum will add the first and last labor contract, social insurance book (photocopy).
- In case the applicant is contracted to work at agencies and units other than the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City must be commented and evaluated by the head of the agency where he/she is working and have written consent to participate in the recruitment process.
Note:
Candidates who apply for admission must take full responsibility before the law for the legality of the documents in the application. Cases of false declaration, forging records will be canceled recruitment results and handled in accordance with the law. Candidates are not allowed to add documents confirming the priority regime after the recruitment results have been announced.
Candidates are only allowed to apply for 01 job position at the Museum of Ho Chi Minh City, if any candidate applies for 02 or more job positions, their name will be removed from the list of candidates.
