Le Van Duyet, who was Gia dinh viceroy in 1813 – 1816, 1820 – 1832, played an important role in constructing and developing Gia dinh district.. He was upright, strict. He gave his mind to improving the people’s living conditions so that Giadinh people admired Le Van Duyet for his constributions.

The seal was casted in 1802, 1.82 kilogram of weight, 7.2 centimeters of high, engraved four Chinese letters “Ta quan chi an” (Seal of viceroy)
